Develop Skills, Play Matches & Enjoy Netball with ENRICH ME

The ENRICH ME Netball programme focuses on the fundamental motor skills required for netball such as speed, agility, footwork, passing, shooting and positional focus. Whilst doing so in an age-appropriate fun manner. We will also give your daughter the opportunity to play some matches during their ENRICH ME session.

Whether students have never played netball before, are in a school team, local team or just missed out on a place in a team, we ensure progression, fun and a high- quality learning experience for all.

Introduction to Netball

Open to boys and girls in FS2, these sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance, and coordination. Through ball mastery games and fun activities, children are introduced to the basics of ball handling, dribbling, and scoring. They also participate in exciting 1v1 games and races to foster healthy competition.

Learn to Play

Open to boys and girls in Year 1-4, this programme builds on fundamental movement skills while introducing key netball techniques such as passing, shooting, and defending. The sessions follow a weekly syllabus, preparing students for future participation in development teams or the Select Programme, while ensuring that learning is engaging and skill-focused.

Advanced Play & Tactics

Open to boys and girls in Year 4-9, this programme focuses on both technical development and tactical understanding of the game. Students are encouraged to recreate game moments, becoming creative decision-makers while practicing netball skills in real-game scenarios, with sessions flowing into weekend games.

Development Programme

An exclusive Girls Hub Programme has been created for girls in Year 2-9 (Invite Only) who prefer training in an all-girls environment. These structured sessions focus on building confidence and technical skills in a holistic way, supporting participants as they progress to higher levels of play.

Select Programme

The Select Programme is for Year 3-9 students (Invite Only) and represents Cognita schools in local and regional leagues and tournaments. Students train 2-3 times per week, participating in a structured yet creative environment that emphasizes technical proficiency, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning, all while encouraging social interaction and individual growth.
