Below are our terms and conditions, designed to ensure a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for all participants.
Section 1 – Core Terms
1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
1.1. These terms are being entered into with the relevant Enrich ME entity providing the extra-curricular activities (the Activities), being either Cognita Enrich ME Fine Arts Training LLC or Cognita Enrich ME Sport Training LLC (together, Enrich ME).
1.2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent for all individuals added to your ‘CLASS CARD’ account (the Account) to become members of Enrich ME. You authorise those registered to participate in Activities and events organised by Enrich ME.
1.3. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions on behalf of all individuals registered on your Account.
2. Programme Delivery & Continuity
2.1. While every effort will be made to deliver all scheduled sessions, Enrich ME cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery of programmes due to circumstances beyond its control.
2.2. Enrich ME reserves the right to adapt programme delivery where necessary, including changes to schedules, formats, or Activities, to ensure safety, compliance, and continuity where possible.
3. Disruption, School Closures & Force Majeure
3.1. In the event of school closures, government directives, regional disruption, or any circumstances beyond Enrich ME’s control (including but not limited to adverse weather, public health situations, or safety concerns), sessions may be cancelled or adjusted.
3.2. In such circumstances:
- 3.2.1. No refunds or make-up sessions are guaranteed.
- 3.2.2. Enrich ME may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements such as credits, adjusted schedules, or replacement sessions.
4. Credits & Refund Policy
4.1. Account credit will be the primary form of compensation where sessions are disrupted.
4.2. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Enrich ME.
5. 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee
5.1. Should you be dissatisfied with your experience with Enrich ME, you may request a refund of the remaining balance on your Account within ten (10) calendar days after [your booking is received OR the date of your first Activity session] (the Guarantee) subject to the following:
- 5.1.1. The Guarantee applies to Activities provided by Enrich ME only (excluding third-party providers).
- 5.1.2. The Participant must have attended at least the first two sessions.
- 5.1.3. If a Participant withdraws without attending the first two sessions, no refund will be issued and a credit will be applied instead.
6. Medical Circumstances
6.1. In cases of prolonged sickness or injury, a valid medical certificate is required for any refund or credit consideration.
7. Parent Choice & Non-Attendance
7.1. If sessions are running as scheduled and a participant chooses not to attend, other than in exceptional circumstances supported by appropriate evidence (e.g. medical certification), there will be no eligibility for a refund, credit, or make-up sessions.
8. Fees and Adjustments
8.1. Enrich ME reserves the right to adjust fees where a participant changes levels or programmes during the term.
9. Accident Waiver and Release of Liability
9.1. Participation in Enrich ME Activities involves inherent risks. By registering a participant for the Activities you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and the participant, and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrich ME and its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or the participant arising from participation in the Activities.
10. Lost or Stolen Property
10.1. For the avoidance of doubt, participants and parents/guardians are responsible for their own personal belongings (Personal Property). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrich ME shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Personal Property brought to the Activities by participants or their parents / guardians.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. Enrich ME will process personal data for the purposes of, but not limited to, administering bookings, delivering Activities, safeguarding participants and communicating with parents/guardians. All personal data will be used and protected in accordance with our data protection policy.
11.2. Enrich ME may from time to time take photographs and/or video footage (including voice recordings) of participants for the purposes of promoting the Activities in accordance with our Image Consent Policy which can be found https://www.enrichme.ae/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2026/08/image-consent-policy.pdf
11.3. Where a Participant attends a Cognita school, Enrich ME relies on consent preferences obtained by the school. For all other participants, you confirm that you have provided all necessary consents for Enrich ME to process personal data and images in connection with the Activities.
12. Goodwill & Discretion
12.1. Any goodwill gestures (including credits, make-up sessions, or alternative provision) are provided at the discretion of Enrich ME and do not set a precedent for future situations.
SECTION 2 – PROGRAMME TERMS
13. Bookings and Payment
13.1. All paid Activities are booked through the Class Card booking system. Registration and payment for Enrich ME and third-party Activities must be completed via Class Card at the start of the term.
13.2. Where Activities are delivered by third-party providers, Enrich ME manages bookings and administration and ensures such providers are aware of Enrich ME operating procedures and standards. Third-party providers are responsible for the delivery of their Activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrich ME shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
13.3. Payment must be made before participating in any Activity.
13.4. Activities are booked for a full term and are not offered on an ad hoc basis.
13.5. Enrich ME reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s place in any Activity where necessary for operational, safety, safeguarding or compliance reasons.
14. Make-up sessions
14.1. Make-up lessons (excluding Music 1-to-1 sessions and swimming) are only provided if Enrich ME or partner clubs cancel a session.
14.2. No make-up sessions will be provided for holidays, short-term sickness, or other absences.
14.3. For Music 1-to-1 sessions and swimming, two make-up sessions per term may be arranged, scheduled at the discretion of the tutor or swim team.
14.4. Parents must notify Enrich ME or the third-party provider of any absences.
15. Squads
For yearly subscriptions, families qualify for a refund of unused sessions, less a non-refundable AED 1,500 squad deposit, only under the following circumstances:
- Long-term injury — supported by a doctor’s medical certificate.
- Relocation — supported by documentation confirming the move.
No refunds will be issued outside these two circumstances.
15. Communication timing
15.1. Enrich ME will communicate any changes to programme delivery as early as reasonably possible and provide clear guidance on next steps.
15.2. For feedback or concerns, please contact the Enrich ME Experience team. Responses will be provided within 24 hours of the school working day.

SECTION 3 – PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & PRACTICAL GUIDELINES
16. Physical Fitness
16.1. Participants must be physically fit and medically insured for the Activity.
17. Training Guidance
17.1. Physical guidance may be provided by instructors in line with school and National Governing Body guidelines.
18. Participant Behaviour
18.1. Appropriate behaviour is expected at all times.
18.2. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme. Any refund for remaining sessions will be at the discretion of Enrich ME.
19. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities
19.1. Parents / Guardians should ensure timely collection of their child from sessions. Repeated late collection may result in removal from the programme.
19.2. Parents / Guardians should engage with their child’s progress where appropriate.
19.3. Parents / Guardians are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Verbal or physical abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the programme without refund.
19.4. Parents / Guardians must ensure emergency contact information is kept up to date.
20. Photography
20.1. Parents / Guardians / Activity Spectators are not permitted to take photographs or videos during Activities.
21. Health & Safety
21.1. Enrich ME is committed to maintaining adherence to appropriate health and safety protocols and standards for all Activities.
21.2. Participants of the Activities and Parents / Guardians must comply with all health and safety instructions provided by Enrich ME and its staff. Failure to comply with such instructions may result in removal from the Activity without refund.
22. Consent for Medical Treatment
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to Enrich ME arranging or consenting to emergency medical treatment for your childwhere it is reasonably necessary for their welfare and where it is not possible to contact a Parent/Guardian in time. Any such treatment will be determined by an appropriately qualified medical professional.
23. Inclusion and Non-Discrimination
23.1. Enrich ME is committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and non-discriminatory environment for all participants.
24. General Guidance for Participation
- 24.1. Participants must bring their own water bottles.
- 24.2. Participants must avoid eating 30 minutes before sports sessions.
- 24.3. Changing of clothing is permitted only in designated areas.
- 24.4. Appropriate attire must be worn. If an Enrich ME kit has been provided this must be worn.
- 24.5. Jewellery must be removed before Activities.
- 24.6. Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
- 24.7. Sick or unwell Participants should not attend sessions.
