The ENRICH ME Athlete Development Programme empowers young athletes to achieve their personal best, both on and off the field. With a focus on strength, endurance, and multi-sport support, the programme equips students with the physical skills, mindset, and resilience to thrive in competitive sport and in life.

Run Squad

Designed to build aerobic capacity, running mechanics, and fitness awareness, Run Squad sessions combine targeted training with baseline testing to track progress. Students prepare for school squads and events including cross country, track athletics, and aquathons. The goal is to create a strong group of runners across the Cognita family, ready to proudly represent their schools at local races and competitions.

Strength & Conditioning

A cornerstone of the programme, our age-appropriate Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on improving movement quality, building strength, and reducing injury risk. Tailored training supports student-athletes preparing for major events such as the BSME Games, World School Games, and other competitive fixtures.

Multi-Sport Support

Beyond Run Squad and Strength & Conditioning, the Athlete Development Programme also supports students in swimming, netball, and football. The emphasis is on education, holistic growth, and wrap-around care for young athletes striving for excellence in every sport.
