I’ve worked in sport and education for over 20 years, and I’m passionate about helping young people grow, thrive, and find their strengths, both in and out of the classroom.
As General Manager of Cognita Enrich ME, I lead a programme that brings high-quality enrichment opportunities into our schools across the Middle East. That includes sport, performing arts, and leadership experiences that are fully embedded in school life, not just extra activities, but an important part of how we help students build confidence, character, and a sense of belonging.
My journey into education started on the football pitch, as a former professional player, I’ve always believed in the power of sport to teach life skills. I later became the first sports executive in the GCC region to complete a Master’s in Sporting Directorship, which helped shape my approach to leadership, wellbeing, and student development.
At Enrich ME, we’re proud to offer an environment where every student is known, supported, and challenged to be their best. Whether it’s through swimming, football, music, dance, or our leadership programmes, our goal is to create memorable experiences that support each child’s individual growth.
I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside dedicated coaches, teachers, and school teams and to see, every day, how enrichment brings joy, purpose, and opportunity to young people across our schools.
