Develop Skills, Play Matches & Enjoy Netball with ENRICH ME

The ENRICH ME Netball programme focuses on the fundamental motor skills required for netball such as speed, agility, footwork, passing, shooting and positional focus. Whilst doing so in an age-appropriate fun manner. We will also give your daughter the opportunity to play some matches during their ENRICH ME session.

Whether students have never played netball before, are in a school team, local team or just missed out on a place in a team, we ensure progression, fun and a high- quality learning experience for all.

Introduction to Netball

Open to students in FS1 & FS2, these sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance, and coordination. Through ball mastery games and fun activities, children are introduced to the basics of ball handling, dribbling, and scoring. They also participate in exciting 1v1 games and races to foster healthy competition.

Learn to Play

Open to Students in Year 1-6, this programme builds on fundamental movement skills while introducing key netball techniques such as passing, shooting, and defending. The sessions follow a weekly syllabus, preparing students for future participation in school teams or the Enrich ME squad Programme, while ensuring that learning is engaging and skill focused.

Squad Programme

The Select Programme is for Year 2-10 students (Invite Only) and represents Cognita schools in local and regional leagues and tournaments. Students train 2 times per week, participating in a structured yet creative environment that emphasizes technical proficiency, tactical understanding, and physical conditioning, all while encouraging social interaction and individual growth.

Masterclasses/Clinics

The masterclasses and Clinics are designed for students in year 5+ to support the players with individual focuses to improve their area on the court. As netball is based off positions and rules during matches, these sessions will push the player in allowing her to reach the highest level in her area.

Netball Camps

The Netball camp is designed for primary students, this programme is designed during the holidays to keep the players engaged in netball during the breaks. They have the opportunity to sign up for a camp for the full day where they can engage in all elements of netball, defending, attacking and centre court focuses.
