Welcome to Enrich ME. The following Terms and Conditions govern you and your child(ren)’s participation in all Enrich ME activities and programmes. By registering via ClassCard, you agree to comply with the terms set out below. These terms are binding upon all users linked to your account.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to register the individuals linked to your ClassCard account.
- You grant permission for them to participate in activities organised and managed by Cognita Enrich ME Sports Training LLC and Cognita Enrich ME Fine Arts LLC (collectively “Enrich ME”).
- You accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with these terms by all registered individuals.
Registration, Booking and Payment
- All Enrich ME and third-party activities must be registered and paid for via the ClassCard platform before participation.
- Bookings are for full-term participation. Ad-hoc or part-term enrolment is not permitted.
- No student will be allowed to participate in an activity without prior payment in full.
- All third-party providers are managed by Enrich ME and operate in line with Enrich ME procedures.
Cancellation, Refunds and Absences
- Enrich ME Courses: A 10-day money-back guarantee applies. To qualify:
- The student must attend the first two sessions.
- A refund for the remainder of the term will be processed only if a written request is submitted within the 10-day period.
- No refund is issued for changes of mind without attendance. In such cases, a credit may be applied for future use.
- Third-Party Providers: Refunds are not applicable under the 10-day guarantee policy.
Make-up Lessons:
- Only provided if a session is cancelled by Enrich ME or its partners (excluding unplanned public holidays or school closures).
- Music 1-to-1 and Swimming: Up to two make-up sessions per term are allowed, scheduled at the provider’s discretion.
Medical Absence:
- A valid medical certificate must be submitted to be eligible for a refund or credit in cases of prolonged illness or injury.
Other Absences: No refunds or make-ups for student absences unless specified above.
- Unplanned School Closures: No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided.
Programme Operations
- Enrich ME activities are primarily for Cognita students, though community and camp programmes are open to the wider community
- Students must adhere to any site-specific school policies, including security, attire, and behaviour expectations.
Fees and Adjustments
- Fees may be adjusted if a student transfers to another level or programme during the term.
Student Health and Safety
- Students must be physically fit and medically insured to participate.
- Enrich ME reserves the right to exclude students deemed unfit for an activity.
- Physical instruction or guidance will be provided in line with applicable safeguarding and governing body guidelines.
Photographs and Media
- Spectators are not permitted to take photographs or videos during sessions.
- Enrich ME may capture photos or videos for training, monitoring, or promotional use.
- Participation in activities implies consent for such use unless explicitly withdrawn in writing
Behaviour and Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times.
- Persistent disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the programme. A pro-rata refund may be considered in such cases.
- Parents are expected to:
- Collect children on time. Late collection on two consecutive occasions may result in removal from the programme.
- Engage with the programme positively and respectfully. Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards staff may lead to suspension or termination of participation without refund.
Personal Belongings
- Enrich ME accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, whether stored in lockers or left unattended.
Feedback and Complaints
- Questions or concerns may be directed to the Enrich ME Experience Manager.
- Responses will be provided within one school business day.
Emergency Contact and Medical Consent
- It is the parents’ responsibility to keep emergency contact details updated.
- By agreeing to these terms, you authorise Enrich ME staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child where necessary.
Health Protocols
- All students must follow current Enrich ME health and hygiene policies, including those related to communicable illnesses such as COVID-19.
- Students who are unwell must not attend activities.
Inclusion and Equal Opportunity
Enrich ME is committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, free from discrimination on any basis. All students are welcome and supported, and reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.
General Participation Guidelines
- Students must:
- Bring a filled, labelled water bottle.
- Avoid eating 30 minutes before physical activities.
- Change only in designated areas.
- Wear appropriate attire, respecting local cultural norms.
- Remove jewellery before activities.
- Wait for the coach/instructor before entering class.
- Participation is conditional upon adherence to Enrich ME guidelines and staff direction.
Liability Waiver
- Participation in Enrich ME activities involves inherent risks.
- By accepting these terms, you waive, release, and discharge Enrich ME, its staff, and associated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with participation, to the extent permitted by law.
- This waiver constitutes the entire agreement regarding participation in Enrich ME activities.
By registering on Classcard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all students registered under your account.
